AV8rix Posted November 19, 2016 #52 Share Posted November 19, 2016 Well, that's weird. I thought that the crew stationed on the dive boards when departing a port were supposed to be watching for traffic forward of the bow, where the bridge can't see. Happily@Sea Posted November 19, 2016 #53 Share Posted November 19, 2016 Three toots from Independence and a big wave! Mickey's ships have that big hand also - only with a white glove - of course.
rkacruiser Posted November 19, 2016 #54 Share Posted November 19, 2016 Well, that's weird. I thought that the crew stationed on the dive boards when departing a port were supposed to be watching for traffic forward of the bow, where the bridge can't see. Often, we see ships sail without anyone on the dive boards.

joekerstef Posted November 19, 2016 #57 Share Posted November 19, 2016 Didn't tune in until 4:45 thought I'd missed all the action at FLL. Loved the big waving hand from the crew member on behemoth of the seas. Thought Prinsendam was leaving at 8, but she appear to be on the move right now. Rare rafinmd Posted November 19, 2016 #58 Share Posted November 19, 2016 (edited) I thought the Prinsendam was leaving at 8. On her way. Wow! A nice bonus. Thought Indie's toots were kind on non-descript. Roy Edited November 19, 2016 by rafinmd

joekerstef Posted November 19, 2016 #67 Share Posted November 19, 2016 I've actually never seen Prinsendam before; she's so cute! and just gorgeous with the sun on her side like that. Looks like still a long wait for eurodam- 1845 departure now.

Rare rafinmd Posted November 19, 2016 #69 Share Posted November 19, 2016 BIG toots for a small ship. Is that still Captain Turner. I'll miss the Eurodam with her new departure time (almost midnight my time) but the Elegant Explorer more than made up for that. Roy

Rare Scrapnana Posted November 19, 2016 #71 Share Posted November 19, 2016 We seldom get to see Prinsendam sail from FLL in daylight. What beautiful lines she has. If I didn't know, I would never guess from looking at her that she is over 25. And speaking of lines (but not pretty ones) here comes Harmony. rkacruiser Posted November 19, 2016 #72 Share Posted November 19, 2016 Really enjoyed Christmas, 2015 and New Year's 2016 on the Prinsendam! The staff did an excellent job! She has a special place in my heart.
rkacruiser Posted November 19, 2016 #73 Share Posted November 19, 2016 It appears that she either stopped, or nearly so, in order to disembark the Pilot. I don't think I have seen that before on the web cams.
