The Morning After......

Just spent 10 glorious days on the Coral and the reality of being home has kicked in.

No smoked salmon for breakfast.

I have to make my own bed.

No one said "buon appetito!"

My toilet doesn't make that vacuum whoosh sound.

I have to remember what my car keys look like.

My insides are rocking as if I'm still on the ship.

On the other hand,

I have more room in my shower.

My dog kisses me in the morning.

I can sleepwalk naked without fear of getting arrested.

After about a week home and having to decide what to have for breakfast, make it myself, then clean it up by myself, I'm ready to board another ship. :D

I just returned from my first cruise 3 days ago and I am still not walking straight. I never even realized the ship was moving that much, but my body must have. The only good thing about being back is my dog and cat. Otherwise, I'm with you....I can see how this can be an addiction.

Haven't seen cronuts for a couple of years [emoji27]

Now that you mention it, I don't think I have either. That wasn't my biggie since I go for the custard-filled donuts. Possibly cronuts cost more to produce so Swartz told them to stop pleasing those pesky customers. :p

Love the custard filled! Last couple of cruises, they only had raspberry filled. Close but no cigar.

We have found the only solution for end of cruise blues was to have another cruise booked before we embarked on the ship. We also have found that having multiple cruises booked was even better with the next one being at most 6 months away.
