Go to http://www.cruisedeckplans.com and create a pdf, five decks per page. EM

As posted above the really easy way is just to go to the deck plans on the Princess site. Right click the deck plan and save the image. Nice, easy to see images with details of every deck. Once saved you can just make them larger with your image viewer. Heck, if you use the image viewer built into Window just use the scroll wheel on the mouse to enlarge the image and it still stays clear.
