Yes, I always tip in the spa, those crew members are not included in the auto-tip program.

The Spa now automatically adds a 15% tip for its services.

 

No need to tip more unless you really, really, really like the service.

I generally just leave the automatic gratuity that they charge and only add a small amount of the service was really good. But the automatic 15% is always included in all spa services.

If I'm correct, I believe there's already a 15% gratuity added. I've added a few more % if the massage was extra good (no wise @#$ remarks, guys!)

My take on this is if they can't trust me to leave a tip and must charge me a service charge, then that's all they are going to get.

Once we did a couples massage and didn't realize they had then started the automatic 15%. We had left a nice "full" tip before seeing that. So afterwards we decided the massage must have been really, really good - twice as good, in fact... [emoji15]
