winewanderer Posted March 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2017 Hello, Don't know where Belle is. Hope ok. I stayed the same, fine with me. As long as I'm not gaining. Hope everyone did well this week. Best, Diana

Belle Posted March 10, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 10, 2017 (edited) Thanks Diana for starting the thread.:) No Jo not on a cruise. Wish! :ship: My computer and TV weren't working, just got them fixed. Wires out side, easy fix. Was out since Tuesday. I stayed the same to, wonder why? Only had Bunco yesterday and cards after. There wasn't any food or wine at either of them, right? Wrong!:D Jo glad you had a loss. A loss is a loss! (y) Diana you stayed the same too. No gains for us. Hope to see others in here soon. Aratski Posted March 10, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 10, 2017 I was wondering where you were too Belle...glad you got your computer going again. I was up a pound. I don't like this coming home from a cruise thing and not being able to eat whenever you want. Of course not walking as much as during the cruise either, AND the girl scout cookies I bought on a whim are proving to be a bad purchase - weight wise! Haha I'll get back with it....hopefully my mind will click soon. I'm trying to talk my hubby into another cruise, short one, 4-5 day, in the beginning of June, over our anniversary, but we'll see. Maybe that's the motivation I need! Good luck to you all...hoping for losses!
renjrusa Posted March 10, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 10, 2017 Hi everyone... I am relatively unchanged since last week. Did get to run in the Shamrock and roll 5k and finished without problems. Super busy the rest of the week kept me away from the gym but stayed active. Had time to weigh in but wearing my snow boots was 1lb heavier. That will changed if I get back to my shoes... Have a good week and stay active and drink lots of water..Rob
shootr Posted March 11, 2017 #7 Share Posted March 11, 2017 Good news: Down to 186! (Down 3) Bad news: It was probably due to the extreme workout of replacing my pool filter that sprung a leak... Old (at least 25 years old): 500lbs of sand out... 500lbs of sand back in: Plus cutting, gluing, and working in 90 degree warmth... But now it's still too cold to (comfortably) jump in :-) Ate good while the missus is away, plenty of water, and it's Friday! Have a good weekend all. renjrusa Posted March 14, 2017 #12 Share Posted March 14, 2017 How's everyone doing? Come in and talk.. lonely in here! :( Did you have a good weekend or a boring one? How do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day? Hi Belle, How's it going with you..... Off work today as the governor has closed the roads for this blizzard of snow.. Getting lots of exercise pushing the shovel and snow blower and then in to work for 4am to prep our facility before production starts again at 6am... Grandmother came from Ireland andalways have corned beef. Have had it already this week and have it again later on in week. Used to celebrate with too many beers but those days are past... Take care Rob
Belle Posted March 14, 2017 #13 Share Posted March 14, 2017 Rob, Hope your OK with all that snow. Don't work so hard shoveling it. It just comes back!:D If you don't mind me asking, what kind of job do you do? I have Irish in me too but think they have disowned me.. I don't like corn beef and cabbage but like the carrots and potatoes. Plus don't like beer green or otherwise. I did my job thro, my son was born on March 17th St. Patrick's Day! I am responsible for the machinery and facility maintenance of a large manufacturer of electrical equipement. Safety has to be our priority as its much cheaper to pay for someone to work overtime than to have an employee fall and get hurt.. I usually do electrical work but during the winter sonw clearing comes first...My wifes born in Brazil and loves corned beef and cabbage and carrots and potatoes but she also cooks sweet potatoes too with it... She is old school and uses one of those whistling pressure cookers for everything...
