Wasn't bad at all and today the Seas are calm. A bit chilly but not cold. Enjoying the fresh air. Tomorrow is Oslo.

 

No Guinness on tap in the pub. They said they didn't get delivery of it. Husband is disappointed a bit [emoji3]

Funnily enough they only had cans on last weeks sailing down to Lisbon !!!!

We are on the next cruise (14th) so following avidly! Maybe you could post which ports have shuttle buses available - we have a 2 day private tour booked for St Petersburg but just planning on DIY at all the other ports.

Cold rainy day in Oslo we have decided to do the hop on hop off bus due to the weather. They are right outside the ship. The walk into town doesn't seem far. The two towers in this photo is city hall which is closed due to it being Sunday

Oslo

Most shops and restaurants were closed as it is a Sunday. I made a purchase which was more than 315 NKR and it was easy to claim the tax back at the port with Global Blue

We docked at Akershus and the walk to the main part of town where City Hall is located is short. Taxis were also outside offering tours or just a ride. As were the hop on hop off buses

He is the only Activity Manager I can ever remember

He is funny when he makes his announcements but haven't really seen him. Not much has interested us to join in on activities. Too many quiz games, not our thing
