Have booked a cruise from NZ to Western Samoa ( Pago Pago ) and Tonga, does anyone know if a visa is required for Australians, getting conflicting info from the internet

As much as people on CC are helpful, rules conditions change regularly. As someone from Canada suggested go to smarttraveller site and DFAT.

If you are an Australian passport holder, you should not need a visa, but check sites mentioned anyway,
