WisCruiser2 Posted September 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2017 Can anyone tell me the approximate time the Princess transfer gets to SEA-TAC airport? Trying to see if we could make a 5:00 flight there.
WVBill Posted September 2, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2017 I have a Vancouver to Seattle transfer booked returning from my Hawaii cruise. It says "Do not book flights earlier than 4:00 PM". Based on that, you should be OK. Sent from my SM-P580 using Forums mobile app
Rare cruisequeen4ever Posted September 2, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 2, 2017 I wanna say it's 3-4 hours. We took it in the reverse direction, from Seattle to Vancouver pre-cruise. We left around 11:00 (we were the second to last bus), and we arrived about 3:30 after the bus breaking down at the border and having to wait for a replacement bus. Colo Cruiser Posted September 2, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 2, 2017 Can anyone tell me the approximate time the Princess transfer gets to SEA-TAC airport? Trying to see if we could make a 5:00 flight there. We have taken the S/B transfer 2 or 3 times and our bus always left around 9:00am-9:15am. We arrived at Sea-Tac around 1:00pm to 1:30pm. If you get on the earliest coach you should be good. If your flight is independent of Princess make sure you enter your flight info in the travel arrangements section of the personalizer. This helps shipboard staff assign the right coach/time. I would also inquire during the cruise as well and let them know you want the earliest coach. WisCruiser2 Posted September 2, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted September 2, 2017 (edited) Thanks for the quick replies -- we're booked through EZ Air for right now, and by switching our return flight from Vancouver to Seattle, we can save around $150 total for the flight after subtracting the transfer. And I figure this way we'll get to site-see down the coast rather than hang around YVR until mid-afternoon. When I called Princess to switch, at first EZ Air would not allow that flight, wanted us to take a next-day one, but the rep I talked with was awesome and made it work! Onboard just be proactive on getting that earliest coach. Don't wait to late in the cruise.
So_Tweetie Posted September 3, 2017 #7 Share Posted September 3, 2017 There's a transfer from Vancouver back to Seattle? We waited in A&W at the Vancouver train station for seven hours because I didn't know this. Sorry I'm no help to the conversation but, wow! Potstech Posted September 3, 2017 #8 Share Posted September 3, 2017 Depending on the border crossing it should be around a 4 hour bus trip from the port to SeaTac.
Astro Flyer Posted September 3, 2017 #9 Share Posted September 3, 2017 We used Quick Shuttle which picks up at the same pier parking lot & was less expensive than the Princess shuttle to SEATAC. http://quickcoach.com/

Astro Flyer Posted September 3, 2017 #11 Share Posted September 3, 2017 Thanks, I did check the quickcoach site but the fare was only $10pp less than the Princess, so we decided to go with the easy route :) Both are good options & being eligible for a QuickCoach senior rate that saved us more money. If cruise lines offered a "senior" rate then nearly everyone would receive a discounted fare. ;)
newport dave Posted May 27, 2018 #12 Share Posted May 27, 2018 Do the shuttles drop off in downtown Seattle from Vancouver, or just to the airport?
Eaglecw Posted May 27, 2018 #13 Share Posted May 27, 2018 Do the shuttles drop off in downtown Seattle from Vancouver, or just to the airport? The Quick Shuttle drops off in downtown Seattle on it's way to Sea-Tac airport. http://quickcoach.com/ Randy
