Is zumba still offered on the Emerald?

We will be on a 14 day Cape Horn cruise on the Emerald in February. There are 5 sea days. I usually take some exercise classes on those days. I sailed on the Emerald in Jan. 2015 and there was a zumba class most days. The instructor was one of the show dancers so it was decent enough to get a workout.

Are zumba classes still part of daily activities on the Emerald Princess?

They had zumba classes every morning on our recent Emerald cruise (a week ago)

We are just off the 28 day Emerald cruise to Hawaii-Tahiti.

Zumba was offered every morning at 9:15.

It was taught by one of the cruise staff - either Joel or Theo.

I know because I highlighted it every day to remind myself to go and never made it once. :o

(And, unlike Celebrity, it's free)

Well, we were there during 2 of the classes on our cruise, but we were only using one of the bigger tables for a card game.

Depending upon the Zumba registration status of the instructor, it may or may not be called Zumba. But something will be there.

On Emerald it will be called Zumba and, as stated by another above, will be led by either Joel or Theo. Of course if Theo is running it he will be known as "TayO". Think of The Banana Boat Song (DayO).
