Not much will be cheap in South FLA during February - that is the peak of the tourist season! Book something ASAP and then keep shopping! I second the suggestion to start your search at http://www.sunny.org

How many travelling? Driving or flying into FLL? Budget? Give us some more details and the suggestions will be closer to your target. :)

Four ladies traveling, willing to share one room, flying into Ft Lauderdale, want something around $150 if possible, and not farther than Plantation if possible. Thanks

Try Springhill Suites and Fairfield Inn, both in Dania Beach.

Maybe La Quinta Inn and Suites Ft Lauderdale Airport (2620 North 26th Avenue). Has a free shuttle from airport, paid shuttle to cruise port if you want. Rooms for about $125/night for 2 but if you can share double beds might work out for a bit more.

Very close to a bunch of restaurants in a big shopping center. Has some water around it for a nice view.

We had it booked but switched to Hyatt Place on 17th thru valutrips.

Good luck

Hi

I use booking.com

You make a reservation but money doesn't get taken until you check in

May cancel up to 48 hours before with no charge

We have stayed at Hilton Marina........it's right on the intercoastal, very spacious rooms, & comfortable beds The hotel has a great marina bar/restaurant by the pool. Also has great restaurants right on site. Breakfast buffet is awesome...the best fresh made croissants evah!

It's not cheap but reasonable and you get what you paid for.

With 4 of you splitting the cost, you should be able to increase your price range, and are probably going to need to in February. Even $240 split 4 ways is only $60 per person.

We stayed at the Red Carpet Inn in Fort Lauderdale and enjoyed it very much for the one night pre cruise. The hotel was clean where it needed to be clean and comfortable where it needed to be comfortable. Nothing fancy but nice. There was an attached restaurant-The Reef that had great dinners 2 for $22- ($11- each) that were tremendous and great.

safe sailing
