Goofyfanatic Posted April 21, 2018 Author #76 Share Posted April 21, 2018 Harmony 4/7. CH said Harmony not participating in New casino rollout. Sounds like they are now. Sent from my iPhone using Forums I can confirm they are. I don’t have a point break down but I am assuming it is what it was reported to be for as everything else is exactly that. Different the. What was said about types of drinks available Sent from my iPhone using Forums I must have missed the info about types of drinks. I've only ever gotten daiquiris or mudslides -- nothing with fancy liquor. Please let us know anything else of interest.

Goofyfanatic Posted April 21, 2018 Author #80 Share Posted April 21, 2018 FYI the discount for the VoOm package is 30% for prime which is exactly what we got buying it early. A little disappointing. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
dwardlaw Posted April 22, 2018 #81 Share Posted April 22, 2018 maybe someone could help me. On my last cruise the casio hostess came to me and told me I was a VIP and put a sticker on my sea pass card and then told me I would get free drinks and not have to pay for the fee if I took money out. She told me on my next cruise to go to the casio host give them my name and they will give me a sticker for my sea pass card. I don't know to much about all the casino rules. But I so excited that going forward I would be a VIP or is this gone away. If it has thats the story of my life

gaylemh Posted April 22, 2018 #83 Share Posted April 22, 2018 No that stays the same. Sent from my iPhone using Forums You only need 1000 points to get a sticker, and it will apply to your next cruise too, but if on that cruise you don't reach 1,000 points you will not get a sticker for the following cruise. If you had at least 2500 points from July 2016- December 2017 you would keep the sticker for the whole year because you would be prime or above, depending on the number of points. Cruisegirl6 Posted April 22, 2018 #87 Share Posted April 22, 2018 We just got off the Oasis today, my other half did receive his vip striker on his sea pass right away....he did get a balcony stateroom voucher that listed various sailings to choose from only up until the first week of December, only the credit used to be $2500 should you want to choose another ship/sailing....now it is worth 1k! Casino treated him very well and found gifts in our stateroom daily. I believe I saw the list if you had 4800 points you get a balcony stateroom. kenzie Posted August 9, 2018 #88 Share Posted August 9, 2018 I have not cruised RC since December 15, been trying other lines, both of whom give me cruise reductions/free drinks in the casino . I would have accumulated points on that RC (Allure) cruise, would I be registered in any scheme automatically? I am cruising Harmony in January 19. Regards

meripour Posted August 30, 2018 #96 Share Posted August 30, 2018 Did you receive your email in February or is March 31st still the date we will be informed? I just received an email offering me a Grand Suite on 7 different ships with sailings all through 2018. No details in the email on any Tier level though;) What is your rate of play to get this or your frequency on board? I understand this is a personal question. I seriously doubt the pit crew are keeping count. Has anyone found out how the points are calculated or do you have to ask at the beginning and end of each cruise? I do understand the calendar year for points starts April 1 and the Tier level is on their website, but there is nothing that indicates the formula for the calculation to get to a particular Tier level. If it is a port intensive cruise or shorter cruise are they taking into account casino being closed?

The casino manager does keep track if you are betting in the realms required to be appreciated and recognized. Obviously I am not going to disclose my bankroll, it’s more than a little and most of the time quite a lot ;)
spunks Posted August 30, 2018 #98 Share Posted August 30, 2018 what if you next cruise is a short one? If you dont get 1000 points on a short cruise you are out of the club? Doug
PompeySailor Posted August 30, 2018 #99 Share Posted August 30, 2018 what if you next cruise is a short one? If you dont get 1000 points on a short cruise you are out of the club? Doug Nope Everyone is in the club now, it is not exclusive Spend $1 in the casino and you are CHOICE For us 1000 points is achieved on the first night, short or long cruise. So even if my next cruise was a short one;) no big deal. We are more MSC biased these days anyways, so Casino Royale to us was great whilst it lasted. We are not afraid to try something new and where a 30% discount on a future cruise is easily in our limits with MSC.
shaunap999 Posted August 31, 2018 #100 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Some good information for you... my in laws are both Signature members and as such geh a free (up to 8 days, or it is nights?) balcony comp cruise. I was able to combine both (e)vouchers for a JS on a 5 night sailing. In fact I tried it and they were sold out with only OV available but my amazing agent managed to wait for a JS to appear and grabbed it... all they paid was the taxes.
