Rare Denversail Posted January 21, 2018 #126 Share Posted January 21, 2018 I think it was after that child drowned. I don’t recall if it was in 2016 or early 2017. I think it was on one of the mega ships. We had lifeguards posted on our last few cruises. Sent from my iPad using Forums
Formula280SS Posted January 21, 2018 #127 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Radio Here is our current location . Radio, nice thread. We just got off Anthem's 12N SC cruise. I like your ship tracker better than what I've accessed. What is the source (website, etc.)? Thanks.
Clarea Posted January 21, 2018 #128 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Don't think I have ever seen a life guard before by a Royal Caribbean pool before? When did they start that? Jimbo:) Summer 2017 was when we saw the first lifeguards on Oasis. They are on all ships now, and when they go off duty (11pm on Oasis), the pools are closed. Hot tubs are not subject to the lifeguards, so they can stay open.

I guess that is why we missed that, our last RCCL cruise was in October 2015 and last cruise overall was in June of 2017 on Celebrity in Alaska, not sure if they had it on there are not, didn't go by the pool much on that cruise. AAA75 Posted January 21, 2018 #133 Share Posted January 21, 2018 when we got onboard I thought the dinner ware was “burnt” as it had a browned edge. Turns out that is the way it is.

Mott1086 Posted January 22, 2018 #144 Share Posted January 22, 2018 RADIO-- Where Is The Escape Room Located? Can That Be Pre-Reserved Via Cruise Planner? Thank You! -Michael
Tee & Chilli Posted January 22, 2018 #145 Share Posted January 22, 2018 It’s located outside the Seaplex. The room can be easily missed. Escape can be reserved however if it’s not showing in the cruise planner, go to the theatre after you board and there is a table to sign up. I signed up after embarkation. Rare Radio Posted January 22, 2018 Author #148 Share Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) Hello everyone . . . Today turned out to be a delightful day. It was suggested that the temps would be around 55F, but they warmed up to 64F. The sun was in and out, and there were a lot of clouds but it was just the type of day that everyone needed. Many passengers made their way out to the pool deck, and the football game even brought more passengers to come out enjoy the sun. I lounged around with a few friends today, but did not go into the pool. We enjoyed Casino Royale, and had a nice lunch at Michael’s Pub. I spent a good portion of the day watching the news which I needed badly. I watched Rogue One which I enjoyed in the Royal Theater. Popcorn was being sold at $3 per box on Deck 4 that many passengers brought into the theater. I must get to SeaPlex tomorrow. I will try to get up there in the afternoon while in Port Canaveral. I had a very nice meal at Chopstonight. It was part of the By One, Get One deal for D+ members. Chops has the best steaks (Bu the truffled fries had no truffle) . . . Their desserts were very tasty. I was able to get my Tender tickets for CocoCay. Ricardo(Concierge) gave them to me after dinner. I tried to get a Bungalow or Cabana .. . He suggested that they were sold out, but would put me on the wait list.Ricardo also suggested that there were 22 Pinnacles, 169 Diamond Plus and 397 Diamond members on board. Here are a few pics from today. . . Radio Dance Class at the Music Hall Music Hall Passageway Reserved Lounge Chairs . . . only $150. You even get Champagne and Lunch The warmer weather brought some passengers out on the pool decks I had a nice lunch at Michael’s Pub. . . .
