All 4 perks are not included for any cruise X decides to classify as a repositioning, as well as Transpacific and Transatlantic/

If perks are not offered the Royal Suite includes the premium beverage package, unlimited internet and unlimited specialty dining/ The not included perks are the prepaid gratuities and $300 OBC.

Not sure about the Penthouse suites - haven't been there yet.

Right now all 4 perks are included with any suite booking.

That is not the case. We just booked an Equinox cruise in a Sky Suite this week and the Go Best was $420/pp. Our cruise this past December on the Eclipse was $750/pp for the Go best in a Sky Suite. But, our Summit cruise in 2019 came with the Go Best.

You have to read the fine print in the advertising. Even though Celebrity's current promo says all Suites currently get 4 and all others except insides receive two perks is false. The sailing we booked this week doesn't come with any perks in any categories unless you pay. The only exception was the Celebrity and Royal Suite on this sailing.

Interesting. I just booked a 14-day Millennium cruise in a Sky Suite this past week and all 4 perks were included in the $2,999 website price. However, since this was a "last-minute" cruise for next month, it was also advertised as an Xciting Deal last Monday without any perks for $2,549; so basically the perks were an add-on cost of $450pp, which corresponds closely with your recent experience of having to pay $420.

Ok I’m a little confused. So we are considering a sky suite on Silhouette for a Transatlantic. Will we receive 4 perks or 2? Thanks for any help clarifying

That’s easy, on a transatlantic you receive no perks in a sky suite or celebrity suite. You do however get Luminae dining and the Michaels Club. The pricing for transatlantic trips is supposed to be much lower than the typical cruise pricing.
