Menus on Celebrity app

My husband gets the menus for the main dining on his Apple phone, but I don't on my Android. Anyone else having this issue? I looked and there was no update available. Not a big deal...we share...just curious

The app is really buggy and really not ready for prime time. I have an I phone and on mine it crashes every time I try to use it. Hopefully they will get the bugs worked out.

The app is working fine on my IPad but not on my IPhone.

 

We are on the Constellation now and the menu’s were accurate for Day 1 and 2- so that feature seems to be working. I haven’t used it much as yet.

jelayne do you need to have an internet package to use the app.

the app is not reliable, in my Iphone crash when I open it, uninstall it and reinstall it works but when opening a navigation X it crashes again.

I have not had a problem with it crashing, just my husband's iphone superiority complex is being enhanced

It works ok on my android phone. We will be sailing Constellation in July and was wondering if it is possible to access it onboard without an internet package.

Equinox and Constellation only at the current time, others to follow. Just search "Celebrity" in the App Store.

Just an FYI: works fine on my iPhone. Could it be it only works on the latest iOS? Or only on certain models? Have tested it on iPhone 6, 6plus, X. All good on those.
