Rare shof515 Posted March 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2018 It makes me wonder why Norwegian wants to home port the Bliss out of NYC during the winter with these winter storms that cause rough seas..

Rare mking8288 Posted March 12, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 12, 2018 Relax, at-ease, 12' to 15' seas for a mega ship at the moment. It's just the Atlantic coastal. A little sea swell & motion, pretty usual for anytime of the year. Wait till those TA crossing. What NCL should built for future ships ... all weather, outdoor venue, i.e. retractable sliding roof for the herds, not just in Haven. sretav Posted March 21, 2018 #9 Share Posted March 21, 2018 Other than Monday being a mostly wet and cool day (kids still swam for hours in the aqua park pool) and a little heaving throughout the evening (the sea, not us), it wasn’t much of a nor’easter and it was smooth sailing by morning. Florida was a little cooler than we’d have liked (18C) but we made it to GSC Wednesday and weather was clear, sunny and moderately hot through Friday. Didn’t cool down again until Saturday).
