No blu-ray.

 

Not all suites have them. Regal, Royal, Majestic don't.

On ships that have added video on demand, the DVD player has been removed. It is no longer on the Carribbean Princess.

Those from the UK should note it's no good taking your own DVD's as the players only accept the US standard and not our zone ones.

It is DVD only.

The Crown no longer has DVD players in suites. During the March-April dry dock, large-screen TVs were installed, and the shelf where the DVD was is covered up by the larger screen.

Unless the full suites have many more selections then the regular cabins there aren't "hundreds" of movies available to be selected from with the on demand system.

Possibly 120 at the most.

My reference was to the Crown. No on-demand movies, no hundreds of movies. More like twos of movies.

No DVD players in the suites on the Royal. Selection of movies on demand was good, way better than the old DVD library on the Carribbean.
