Print eDocs or Not??

I have printed our Set Sail passes and luggage tags.

Do I NEED to print those NUMEROUS pages of eDocs? Will I need them for security anywhere? Can I just save them on my phone?

Save them to your phone. You probably won’t even look at them.

SetSail passes and luggage tags are all you need to print. No need whatsoever to print the rest - you don't need them to board or ever once you are on board. They primarily are contract language, etc.

I print maybe the 3 pages that have the cruise details and that’s it.

Like others, simply carry them as pdf in your phone or on your computer. No need to print them at all. I just email a pdf of the docs to myself and keep them in my mail folder on my phone. If ever needed (can't even imagine why) they're there. I also take my computer and keep a copy on there too.

If you have purchased transfers from the cruise line, then all you need is to print the page(s) with the transfer vouchers.

I print them at work when no one is around. <shh> ;)

As Bob stated, no need to print the Docs unless you have transfer Vouchers. If there are any particular pages you would like then only print those but they are not needed for boarding.

I only print sea pass, luggage tags and any vouchers required for transfers.

There are some documents like email confirmation of OBC, invoice, confirmation of special requests which I do print out because if there is a dispute, it is easier for me to show the evidence. Usually, these are 1 pagers so they don't result in a lot of bulk.

Attached are your eDocs for your upcoming cruise on the Freedom of the Seas, 6/2/18. There is no need to print the entire document but you may want to print the following pages:

• Cruise Summary - Page 2
  
• Travel Summary - Page 3
  
• NextCruise Open Booking Form - Page 7
  
• Port Directions - Page 8
  
• Luggage Tags - Page 18 (print multiple times, one for each suitcase)

Hitting the print button is much easier than obsessing over which pages are needed.

 

And don’t expect to access them online at many ports.
