Is the prime rib in the MDR cooked to your liking? Most pics of it I've seen look well done.

Theoretically, but good luck with it.

One of my favorite entree's in the MDR is the vegetarian (it may be vegan too, IDK) pot pie with pumpkin and other root vegetables. OMG so good.

 

I also really like the fried calamari, spaghetti carbonara, the flatbread with Cajun shrimp, the Vietnamese spring rolls, the chicken tenders, the alligator fritters, the Nutella tiramisu and the Caramel Popcorn pot de creme.

Bitter n Blanc was on the Glory 4/21-28, followed the next night by the Vanilla Souffle.

 

The Filet Mignon in the Steakhouse is my favorite entree.

A good pie should be juicy and bursting with flavor. Carnival's pies are incredibly dry and lifeless.

 

They should hire Mrs Smith to teach them how to do it right

I loved every soup I had: mushroom, onion, potato leek, tomato and cream of broccoli.

The apps were all pretty good but I keep talking about the stuffed mushrooms that I had.

I don't remember any one main dish standing out. I liked the veal parmesan and there was a seafood pasta that was pretty good also. I was not crazy about the prime rib, but that's just me!

My favorite dessert was easily the Bitter and Blanc or the S'mores Parfait.

Bitter & Blanc was my favorite dessert. On my last cruise or maybe the last 2 it wasn't an option. Seeing these posts I'm hopeful it's available on my next cruise.
