Rare Hlitner Posted May 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 13, 2018 I think Bingo is open to all ages, although children and young adults should be accompanied by an adult. Just about all the cruise lines use 18 as their minimum casino age although we have seldom seen any of the staff asking for ID. Hank

catl331 Posted May 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 13, 2018 I think Bingo is open to all ages, although children ... should be accompanied by an adult.MUST be accompanied by an adult in order to buy cards or collect any winnings, even though they may be the ones punching the numbers. Children aren't allowed to play alone, at least the last time we played on a ship.

Rare Roz Posted May 13, 2018 #8 Share Posted May 13, 2018 18 and over are allowed to gamble without another "adult" present!! The child may play, but cannot collect winnings. An adult must do that. Roz
Rare Roz Posted May 13, 2018 #9 Share Posted May 13, 2018 The best is not even get him started.... I can't tell you how many games of bingo I played with my mother and grandmother in the basements of Catholic churches, at volunteer fire halls, at the Elks Club, VFW, etc. It didn't get me started with anything. I have seen teen bystanders asked for their card IF they say they are 18. When the card "gives them away", they were asked to leave (and they weren't even actively gambling). Herfnerd Posted May 16, 2018 #12 Share Posted May 16, 2018 Thanks. I’ll make sure he has “fun” money with him Sent from my iPhone using Forums As long as he is aware that the slots onboard are so tight he's pretty much guaranteed to lose it all. Then again, if you believe in Beginner's Luck.....
