We only got 6 bottles total . Buffet was only open on 1 side and was crowded AC vent inside of the closet and vent outside are noisy We had to pay for 4 people to have the ultimate balcony dinner for 3 ( 4 main courses ) . No photos taken at the dinner . We have done this same itinerary 4 or more times with only 2 time changes . This cruise had 4 time changes . Suite and Sour  We had priority tenders going but not returning We had an escort to lunch after we got our key cards but before we got them there was a common line until we cleared security. This was our first time diving with our dive provider of over 20 years after the passing of our friend /owner . It was also our first cruise after the passing of Tyler's dad several months ago and my mom a couple of weeks before the cruise . They are greatly loved and missed !!! <|3<|3<|3 Edited July 31, 2018 by scubacruiserx2
Gracie115 Posted July 31, 2018 #252 Share Posted July 31, 2018 How did you like the Regal compared to the Eclipse ? We like the Regal, but nowhere near as much as the Eclipse. It's a lot bigger and we didn't like the fact that there was nowhere you could walk to the front of the ship, which is one of my favorite things to do in the evening, go up top and let the wind blow through your hair.... We did like the wine bar, Vines, A LOT. If we go on Princess again we will pay the extra to have Club Class dining. The anytime dining wasn't much fun, they would hand you a beeper and the wait was excessive a few times. We've been on the Eclipse 3 times now and enjoyed it every time. It is never easy to lose a friend, a mother, or a father, and to lost all three over a short period of time even more so. Those who are gone will live on forever in your hearts and in your minds. I hope that over time the memories of those you have lost will be as comforting to you as my memories of those I have lost have become to me. Barry and I send our thoughts and prayers to you and your family, and our condolences on your losses.
caribill Posted August 1, 2018 #257 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Sour (n) Drinking water was supposed to be 2 bottles a day per person . We only got 6 bottles total . Others report that if the previous day's bottles were visible, new ones were not put in the cabin. If you did not get the bottles when you should have, did you speak with your cabin steward? Buffet was only open on 1 side and was crowded Was this every time you went or only on embarkation day for lunch? We had to pay for 4 people to have the ultimate balcony dinner for 3 ( 4 main courses ) . No photos taken at the dinner . Did you ask while on board why the photos were not taken? see above in red

Yes we did talk to our cabin steward about it before we ran out of water and wanted to give him a chance to work it out. He spoke with his supervisor who refused to give the waters. Only when we visited the buffet. We did visit daily for tea and snacks and the ice was out every time and the cool water was only in pitchers at one end of the seating area. Most of our meals were in the Club Class Dining or Specialty Dining. We have had the Balcony Dinner several times, so we were ready and waiting for the photographer 1 hour before. The photographer usually comes before dinner or at the beginning with appetizers and drinks. When we asked about the photographer we were told they would come during or after the dinner. It was late by the time we finished and decided to follow-up the next day. We became busy with enjoying the rest of our cruise...

I agree. Some of the newer ships seem to be chopping up the open areas and filling the space with other venues, activities or cabins. The Caribbean Princess does have a couple of places where you can walk to the front of the ship on top of the bridge and to the bow .
