For our last cruise, we got our letter 4 days before we were set to board - and while we were on the ship, we saw the concierge sending out emails one or two days before then next guests were set to board.

Was on Brillance Dec. 2016 and he reached out about a week out with the welcome letter. Happy Sailing!!!

Sometimes they don't send an email. If you need to communicate with the concierge, don't hesitate to send them an email.

Our email came when we were in the car, on the way to the port. Just keep checking and have a wonderful cruise.

We normally get it about 5 days before, we had a great concierge on brilliance, also that’s my favorite concierge lounge

We usually get it around 5 days before the sail date.

And unfortunately that is where I broke my foot this last Brilliance cruise...on the first night no less. :( Beware of the uneven floor from tile to carpet near the "happy tiser" buffet and coffee machines. :(

 

Not the way to start a cruise season. :eek:

not necessarily. sometimes you don't get a welcome letter at all. but usually only a week out when there is
