Princess website problems this week?

I have been trying to pre purchase beverage packages this week and I am unable to do so. Is anyone else having this problem?

 

The excursion reservations are working so I am confused....

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

We received an email about a more exclusive offer for the current Sun Drenched Deals.

Still have not received the flyer that was supposed to be 'in my mailbox'.

Still have not been able to pull up anything with this exclusive offer - which seemed to, at the very least, throw in specialty dining.

Still have not received any response to my inquiries to Princess.

I have also been experiencing sign in problems. After many tries and changing my password more than twice, getting on then the next time, it still says my password is not correct.

 

It wouldn’t let me post a reply, but posted something I hadn’t written. Then, the post said that I was a new member. I ve been a member for well over 10 years. What is going on?
