Rare pierces Posted July 30, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2018 Pictures taken between Monday, July 30 and Sunday, August 5. Rules: See above That's it. This isn't a contest. All photos taken this week are welcome (not just cruising). Prizes will not be awarded. Discovering the joy of photography is the prize. The idea is to get folks out using their cameras for more than vacations and toddler birthdays. Post one. Post many. Up to you. Have fun with your camera and share your fun with others. Krazy Kruizers Posted July 31, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2018 Managed to sit out before the rains came this afternoon. Morning glories are not as abundant as other years -- way too much rain. There are only 3 colors this year -- dark purple, light purple and white with purple dots: These are my favorite:

Rare pierces Posted August 7, 2018 Author #11 Share Posted August 7, 2018 When you visit national parks, you expect photo opportunities but you don’t expect cooperation from wildlife since they view humans with the same distrust that they reserve for predators. (Ok, other predators.) While visiting Valley of Fire State Park north of las Vegas, this Boss Sheep led his group of fellow Desert Bighorns calmly across the road in front of us and spent several minutes grazing as I just shot away out of the car window. They didn’t even spook when my granddaughter got out of the passenger side and walked around the car to get a better angle with her camera. If I knew an acceptable form of tipping for sheep, I would have gladly left this friendly fellow a big one. Yes, I'm Lookin' At You Dave
