Yes unless they are diamond or above. Grand suites can use the suite lounge

Yes, but, their card may open the DL door.

Before we made Diamond, our Suite SeaPass card would always open the DL door on all we tried.

The only benefit I can see is an outside view on those ships that still have the deck 9/10 concierge lounge, like Navigator.

Before the latest refurb, I thought the Adventure Diamond lounge was a much more comfortable place than the SL.

They did a nice job on the new SL. We don't spend a lot of time in either but we were impressed in May.
