SRF Posted October 29, 2018 #7 Share Posted October 29, 2018 That can also mean you are actually already registered. RCI cannot figure out how to tell you that you are already registered. If are not sure, go to Guest Sevices when you board and ask. They will need to contact the Group Coordinator to get the info. Then just show up. SRF Posted January 14, 2019 #16 Share Posted January 14, 2019 If you can't get signed up, when you board got o Quest Services and ask for the Group Coordinator. The Group Coordinator is the one who sets it up. And they can tell you when and where it is. I have NEVER gotten the invite. First cruise, we missed it. Last cruise, we asked at Guest Services, and they had NO IDEA what I was talking about. But they did track down the info, and we just went.
