upwarduk Posted November 16, 2018 #3 Share Posted November 16, 2018 I just quoted a post, except the quote didn’t appear, only the person’s name. Another glitch to report!
miched Posted November 16, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 16, 2018 It isn’t unique to the cruise line. This forum has had it share of problems since switching. Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅
2Long2NxtCrz Posted November 16, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 16, 2018 It's not just the cruise lines, it's endemic to the entire web-based IT industry. The drive is for "newer and better" and "more exciting" content to draw eyes and clicks. Functionality and testing? Those are less cared about by management and so, take a back seat to flash. I work in IT, but more backend systems (though my first positions were waaaaaay back when CompuServe was a new thing and people used modems to actually gasp! book flights themselves!) Anyway, we still jump through massive hoops to make sure the end users are not adversely impacted by updates. But we have identical development systems that we can use to thoroughly test. Which costs money and time and most management just isn't all that interested in spending that kind of money anymore.
Banjo Posted November 16, 2018 #6 Share Posted November 16, 2018 I just did our express pass this morning for an upcoming Australian/NZ cruise & it was the easist its ever has been. Very user friendly. Took like 3 to 5 minutes. I think the website getting better.

kkmiausa Posted November 16, 2018 #9 Share Posted November 16, 2018 So far I have found their website totally dysfunctional! Has anyone tried to book a specialty restaurant and only allowed to book once? There is one we really like but only gives you option to book it one time.
