Where To Find Personal Preferences on website

I am trying to find where we can request beds together/apart on website and am having no luck.  I am a C&A member and have found it before but now I can't.

Can someone guide me please?

That option is no longer available since RCL enhanced their website.  You now have to call.  Not sure they ever paid much attention to the bed preferences anyway

Just was looking for the same thing yesterday and ended up calling.

The guy was very helpful, apologized that it was no longer available on the website and said he would give RC the feedback. I wanted to make sure they didn’t mess up my D+ amenities when they changed the website and so all the info was correct.

I am also one that finds the "new and improved" RCI website horrible.  Added in way too much crap, takes much longer to navigate, and took away too many simple options.  Why do they think it's an improvement to have to take up the time of phone agents to do what was simple for us to do ourselves online?  

 

Hope they finally get enough complaints to give us that option to manage our personal preferences  back again.

Where does one choose diamond amenity , like water or soda? Is that a call the agent now?

Yes, call RCI customer service.  Not an improvement in my way of thinking.  Just adds to hold time to wait for an agent, of whom are already way too busy.

I just called C &A yesterday about changing my preferences. I was told by the rep that we eventually WILL be able to update ourself in the future on the website, but for now they need to do it.  We’ll see if that happens.

OK...LOL.  I will hold my breath...oh wait...don't want to be called "blue" island lady.  😉  Thanks for the update though.  Hopefully...maybe...wishful thinking...they might finally do that.
