We stopped in this place to shop and they had a desk for free tequila tasting. I tried 4 or 5, most pf them good and a couple really tasty, Marie tasted one and yes we bought that one. No self control 🤣

All though we were only out for  couple hours it was nice to get off the ship and explore for a while.

That and $5 will get you a coffee. 😉

as I jokingly mentioned we just play on average $20 a night in the slot machine. But at the end of our Ovation cruise in April there was a $200 certificate from Casino Royal on our cabin door. I quickly applied the credit to a cruise before they took it back. 😀

Thanks John.

So I see at the Diamond event that for men,  shorts and tee shirts with provocative sayings are acceptable attire

We will forgo the show tonight. We finished dinner too late to catch the early show and 10:15 is too late to wait for a cruise ship comedian. 🤣

I am thinking of stopping by Guest Services and asking if I can purchase the shower curtain in our bathroom. Looking forward to slowly shredding then burning the clinging sopping mess. 😈

I'll be on Vision next year and my cabin is #3807.

Do you hear any noise from the MDR on deck 4 when you are in your cabin?

Is chamomile tea available in the MDR or WJ on Vision?

Thank you.

Funny you should ask that. About 10 minutes ago it sounded like a herd of elephants were tap dancing on our ceiling. So MDR is up there?

I will try to remember to ask about the tea in MDR

If you want a specific type of tea, better to bring it yourself.  You cannot depend on the ship having a certain type in a certain venue, anytime you want it.

Bill & Marie,

Thanks for posting this. Sallie & I are going on our first Panama Canal Cruise on Celebrity Infinity in November 2019 and this review is great. We were on the 2017 Radiance Hawaii cruise with you and really enjoyed it. Hope to hook up with you again.

(I gotta get me a suit like the Alley Cats are wearing).

T

Lots of choices at opposuits.com.  I'm partial to the Winter Wonderland with short sleeves and short pants.  Would look good on formal night.

Buy a couple of magnets and place them back to back on the bottom corner of curtain. Problem solved!

Good evening, today we were in Puerto Vallarta and 18 of us took a walking food tour with Vallarta Food Tours. It was a delicious way to see the backstreets of the city and enjoy much of the local cuisine.

Tacos El Cunado is where we enjoyed Tacos Asada. These guys did a great job with the beef. Notice the plastic bags on the plates. Because of local government concerns about proper cleaning of plates, food vendors have two options. Using disposable plates or bags over regular plates.

The place or stand we visited next for that refreshing drink was Aguas Frescas where we had the opportunity to sample a variety of drink similar to lemonade. But since the have no lemons in Mexico they use other fruits such as pineapple and mandarin oranges.

A short walk we were at our next stop, Mariscos Cisneros for chile relleno tacos and alcohol (beer for me). This place is run by two brothers and was written up in a local magazine for it's great food.

Here is one of the brothers

The tasty cold beer. If you may have noticed this is one of the places that I forgot to actually take pictures of the food. Hopefully Linda picked up on it in her blog. :classic_blink:
