Equinox - C2 balcony?

I am looking for a suggestion for a C2 balcony on the Equinox.

Are they any balconies that are covered for shade?

Any balconies larger than others?

Are the cabins on the side of the hump have larger balconies?

Deck 12 (Resort deck), larger balconies (2105-9 & 2106-8. Fully covered, right by elevators.

There are several C2's on the angle/hump that have larger balconies.  Check out the deck plans.  They have C2's on Deck 12, 10, and 9.  If you are a light sleeper, choose one on Deck 10.  Stateroom 1243 comes to mind as one with the largest balcony, but the others on the angle also have large balconies.

Did you hear any noise from above deck with the Buffet?

None in these cabins, they are under the carpeted portion of Oceanview Buffet

9292, 9294,9296, 9298 and the ones on the opposite side of the ship have deeper balconies.

Balconies with 9292 & 9296 are larger than those with 9294 & 9298. Same with cabins in the same position on the port side and on other decks. Note that the 1A cabins on deck 8 in the same position are cheaper and the same size as the C2 cabins.

Since the benefits of Concierge are minimal, I would recommend the 1A instead.

Thanks a lot NantahalaCruiser, these are our favorite cabins, and you let the secret out.  Just kidding of course.

Have stayed in 1044 on Equinox.  Very large covered balcony and away from the central elevators (busy) yet close to the forward ones.

I have this cabin for our upcoming cruise on the Equinox.  Did  you enjoy the cabin and the large covered balcony? This is our first time in concierge cabin.

Sleepless:  yes the balcony is quite large.  My DW thought it was a bit like a "tin can" ....very enclosed.  I liked it.  Private outdoor space to nap, read etc.....

Thanks for your reply.  The photos I have seen of the balcony do show that the balcony is larger and the  overhang is massive, but they also show that you can sit out in the sun.  The best of both worlds.  I am sure we will enjoy it.

Can you tell me the location of the bed, please.  Is it by bed or bath.
