Brilliance of the Seas now moving out from Tampa Terminal.  Rhapsody of the Seas is next then finally the three ships at anchor offshore (including the Rotterdam) can finally come in.

Royal's ships are just now clearing the bridge.  Rotterdam appears to be leading the pack into the port.  I suspect that means they will be using the northernmost terminal.
