Colo Cruiser Posted January 21, 2019 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2019 Both of those numbers are en-route numbers one calls when they are having issues heading to a cruise. It is not EZ Air....... I have never been able to call them directly. Always have to go through a CSR, and even then they relayed everything and never let me talk to that department. Good luck. Ombud Posted January 21, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2019 I did talk to them when 700 flights were canceled by One World due to a staff scheduling error. They were of absolutely no help. Their entire suggestion was to try to find a flight from SFO to Heathrow and if worse came to worse I would wind up joining in Cobh (that means that I would spend a few days in London which would have been OK but I would have missed Saint Peter Port. And I really wanted to get to Guernsey.)

They are both correct. It’s called In Route Assistance. Thanks for posting those numbers. Very important to have if needed using EZ Air.
