Yep! They're all monitoring the same channel (#16) but when they want to talk to each other, they go to a different channel, like #10

There's always a handover involved between incoming and outgoing managers, incl, captains; If Capt. O'Driscoll does not have any hands on on a Pinnacle, Signature and/or Vista, Very possible Capt. de Boer stayed onboard until today to make that happen. Those captains do a lot of simulator training also in between contracts
