Thank you. I didn’t realize that it was such a high season. It is certainly reflected in room rates, but we will move forward with booking. Appreciate all your guidance.

I wanted to circle back around to say thank you for the suggestions. The Michelangelo has a winter sale occurring which seems pretty aggressive to me. Whether this is a repeating marketing approach or not, I do not know, but 40% off made the size of the rooms, the location, and all the positive reviews enough to convince me to book. 

Since they do not have standard coffee makers in the room, I asked if they would be able to provide one for us. The answer was yes, and that truly sealed it! 

I may not have found this hotel had I not posted here so I sincerely appreciate all the feedback here.

There are many. I just did a search for Wall St New York City in the hotel search and booking engine trivago.com using arbitrary dates and came up with this listing:
