So sorry you have had this experience.

I myself have booked three cruises at different times since January and experienced great customer service.

Cannot pick the choice of cabin I used to be able to because in my old age I need an accessibility cabin .The have all been most kind to me getting just what I need  cannot speak more highly of them.

Ok, I’ll bite! I’m dying to know your what your problem is so others, myself included, can chime in and solve your situation. At the very least, make you feel terrible so your dilemma doesn’t seem so bad.
