Thanks so much to Jacqui for slaving away while I was off having fun.  The fun is over now - my car is in the shop and my washing machine died - but at least there are sail-aways  to look forward to and it is only a little over a month until the Juneau season starts.

Glad to see closeup of Veendam.

Thanks, Roy!  Will your train pass through Ashland early in the morning?

I THINK the only trains that do that serve either Chicago (I've been on that one) or New Orleans.  We pretty much follow I-95.  Fredericksburg is scheduled for 5:30Am, then Quantico and Alexandria, although we usually run late and I'll be up around Richmond.

So Ashland should be about 10 minutes or so after you leave Richmond.

If Roy's train is on time, it should be rolling through Ashland  about 4:45 - 5 am.

The only time I see it live on the cam is when it is very late - [2 hours plus].
