Made specialty restaurant reservations for Sunrise cruise in June.  Basically it says we will let you know......anyone know how far out you know if you got what you want.....hope it is ahead of the actual cruise itself.....thanks

I made reservations and it took about a week for Sunshine to get back with me. I'm not sure Sunrise is even finished with its drydock yet, so it will probably be longer.

Usually receive an email confirming our specialty restaurants reservations about a week after I make them.

I have reservations on the Dream this summer and it took a couple weeks to get an email from the steakhouse manager.

I made my January 2020 Sunrise reservations in January 2019 and was notified in two days.   Getting the Sunrise out of drydock in June probably has many details that will be worked out.  First rule of cruising...PATIENCE.

It's usually never a quick process. However, when you make them in advance, you rarely are denied.

As others have said, there may be delays due to dry dock, but if you haven't heard back from them within the week after drydock is complete, I'd make another reservation for the same date/time, and remind them that this was a second request... I had to do that for the steakhouse on the Breeze and the steakhouse manager apologized and thanked me for the 2nd request, as the first one got lost, somehow.

I made a reservation this morning for Horizon September cruise and got confirmation this afternoon. That was fast!

LOL, I guess I did get lucky. I got all 3 of my Horizon reservations confirmed in a 48 hour period 🙂

We are sailing Sunrise in June for the Journeys trip and after I requested a steakhouse reservation, it probably took 2-3 weeks before I got the confirmation back.
