I'm guessing this is going to be a tough one for them.   They have a strawberry mix, but I never saw berries or basil for garnish.   That said, it never hurts to ask.  I feel like your best bet would be The Great Outdoors or The Spinnaker.

What do you think the chances of getting some of the Margaritaville specific drinks onboard a ship that doesn’t have a Margaritaville? Some of them sound super yummy!

Here's my NCL UBP FAV DRINKS list from my original thread several years ago.

 

Just in case someone needed a short/concise list that is easy to reference without the pictures.

 

I shrink this down and laminate for the cruise. It fits in your back pocket. :)

Last year, one of the bartenders and I created a Special Frozen Toasted Almond:

2 scoops of chocolate ice cream

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

1 jigger of amaretto

1 jigger of courvoisier cognac vs

1/2 jigger of Bacardi 8

add to blender and blend for ~10 seconds [thick like a milkshake is best]

pour into glass and add a splash of Bacardi 8 to the top

Good drink on a hot day.

 

  Same ship [different bartender], we created a Milky Way martini:

1 jigger Grey Goose vodka

1 jigger Godiva liqueur

1/2 jigger Original Baileys

drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of your glass

combine ingredients into shaker with ice cubes, shake, strain liquid into drizzled glass.

If you like chocolate, this is your drink.

Enjoy.
