NCL Air/Transfer question

We are coming from West Coast to Miami and purchased the air/transfer package through NCL.  Arriving the day prior to embarkation.  

We are being charged $140 for the transfer part. (total for family of 3).

 

My question is can I remove just the transfer part? I already saw the Hotel NCL is using and it is near the Airport and has a free shuttle. I can Uber/taxi from Hotel to port and from port to Airport for substantially less than $140.  

 

Just wondering if anyone has experience with just removing the transfers??

I know transfers can be removed because I did it.  That's about all I can help

Just call your TA or PCC and ask to have it removed.

My TA told me you cannot remove it after final payment.

Yes.....we removed the transfers.  Flying FREE from SFO to HNL  Getting our own transfers

Not sure, though, if it can be done after final payment.

We removed the transfer part for our cruise in October.

Paid the deviation fee to fly in the day before.

An uber will be less for us than what NCL was charging.

could be very true. We added the air to our cruise after final payment and they had to actually re-book us with a small charge involved. I am not complaining, just commenting, I doubt you can add or subtract anything much after final payment.
