dpepper64 Posted July 8, 2019 #6 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Poker run with pub crawl. Great time and keeps everyone on the pub crawl. $5 per person winner takes 70% 2nd gets the rest.

Gift Exchange All of the above plus on our last cruise our CC group got together for dinner the last night which was a fun way to end the cruise and we did a couple of tours together or somewhat together. That added to the trip experience. It was a 10 day cruise and we even spent time together at a particular bar on many nights.
hallux Posted July 9, 2019 #10 Share Posted July 9, 2019 Lunch on embarkation day is also an option. It got the trip off to a "meet different people" vibe for me, as a solo cruiser.
DuckTollerFans Posted July 9, 2019 #11 Share Posted July 9, 2019 On our recent cruise, we met 2x to play a game "Left - Right - Center" -- winners won about $60. It's an easy little dice game, and each player started with $3. We played in the late morning, and Cagneys was very good about setting tables together for us.
bonniboo1 Posted July 9, 2019 #12 Share Posted July 9, 2019 I love that game! What a great idea. Leaving on the Gem out of Venice years ago we met at a jazz bar. There were quite a few of us and we had a blast.
*Luv2Cruz* Posted July 9, 2019 #13 Share Posted July 9, 2019 (edited) I usually ask everyone to wear something green so we can identify each other during boarding. I also schedule a quick M&G after we go under the Verrazano bridge as many have their own sailaway rituals for the statue of liberty when cruising out of N.Y. On every cruise I've been on since I've joined CC we have worn Mardi gras beads while boarding. Most every cruise we meet people in line boarding.

All in all it's a great way to start the cruise in the terminal.[emoji6] Enjoy[emoji41] Sent from my VS995 using Tapatalk
