Are sold out YC staterooms standard for MSC?

MSC wouldn't let us move our cruises already booked on board seaside last year.  We had to get our deposit refunded and then pay$398 per week deposit instead.

We made a deposit in mid-April 2019 for a YC cabin on an early January 2020 cruise.  The total deposit (for 2 passengers) was $398.

Deposit in England for YC £100pp ($242 for 2).  Non refundable.

For us it's €100pp, €250pp if flights (to Europe) are included.
