Nassau Excursion

Recommended Posts

We did a Seahorse snorkel sail, but not as a ship excursion. We were in Nassau for our timeshare. I believe there were a few people from ships on board.

We had a lot of fun, but we have had better snorkels in Hawaii and Aruba. The weather was kind of windy and rainy, though, and the waves were pretty strong. So we had to go back early as a big front moved in.

But that worked out great, thanks to the crew.  The best part of the trip was riding back in the catamaran cabin, drinking and dancing with the crew as we went in and out of several squalls. We actually were racing another Seahorse company ship with both of us blasting along under full sail, and it was like watching a sea movie as the rain hid us from each other for minutes at a time. We would cheer when we pulled ahead, and heard the shouts from the other boat.

The crew made it fun, and I expect the snorkeling is better in fairer weather.
