Missed opening in 2017, missed opening in 2018, missed long announced 2019 date and now hearing may not be ready for 2019 Holiday (Xmas/New Years) season.

It's still a construction zone.

Literally nobody is saying this, but don't let that distract you from your lame attempt at kicking the hornets nest to drum up more controversy about this cruise line on here.

They canceled the Nov 9th opening.  That's all, and you're trying to push it that its going to be another 2 months before its open.  That's irresponsible at best on a site like this.

You and I are seeing and reading different sources in that case.  I would say to you that your personal attack is unwarranted.  You're making statements without full data.  You can have your own opinions, but that doesn't warrant some of your comments.

I did not say it will not be open; I said it will not be ready.  Knowing YC areas are due next year is one thing, but I think, perhaps, you are underestimating how "not ready" for prime time the situation is.

We were supposed to go to Ocean Cay last fall on our Seaside cruise.  Didn't happen.  Got no OBC or refund.  Somehow survived.  Now we're supposed to go to Ocean Cay December 6.  Maybe, maybe not.  Somehow, I think the world will not end.  Some of this weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth is a bit much, in my view.

No weeping, no wailing.  Just sharing information.  The only people getting really upset are those pretending they work for MSC...

I've always had respect for your input as a member both here and on facebook. I've never witnessed you resort to actual name calling and the use of inflammatory language like you have done on the topic of Ocean Cay. Nor have I seen anyone weep, wail, or bleet on about the Ocean Cay delay here. Not sure why your hot button has been pressed.

Perhaps not on this thread.  There have been many, both on CC and on FB.  I just get tired of all the complaining.  Guess I just need to skip over those threads.  As I said, we'll either go there December 6 or not.  I'm hoping we do as I'd like to see it but I'll live if it's not possible.  End of story.

Thank you for a perfect statement about cruising.
