Yes, VOOM works on CocoCay.

At least one report said WiFI was free on Coco Cay.

Someone on a recent live report stated it worked for them, and they had not purchased.

I think the only thing you can use for free is the RCI app via their WiFi.  Anything else, you would need to purchase a VOOM pkg.

I found out on our Mariner sailing in September that the WiFi was much better on Coco Cay than on the ship too.

I would think that Royal has possibly opened up free internet to all from CocoCay to allow people to post on social media....free advertising for their new island.

Makes sense, and the speeds I saw posted there are so much better than on the ship.
