Anyone else unable to sign in on app but can on website?

I've had this issue for about a year now.  I recently got a new cell phone, so thought I would try it again, but still no luck.  I have an iphone.   I have deleted the app and pulled it back down from the cloud and try to sign in with the same user name/pw as I do on the website from PC.  PC works and app says wrong password.   I have tried to change the password and have the same issue.  Anyone else having this issue?  Know how to fix it?

As of this posting, the app is not supported (has not been since October 2018) when the board changed over to new software.

 

However, they have been testing something so there might be a new app coming out soon.

I use Safari browser on my iPhone to access. Go to boards.cruisecritic.com and login there.

It seems that the app is closer to returning.

I use the Chrome browser on an Android. 

 

The post I linked was by @LauraS. She was illustrating use of an app to access the forums. If you click on the Forums link in the post it should take you to the Apple store page for the app.

We are in the testing phase for our Cruise Critic app

 

You should be able to access via your mobile browser on your phone OR via the Tapatalk app in the meanwhile

 

I hope (fingers/toes crossed!) to be back soon with a release of the app
