We'll have to go back The same Matt Yee my wife and I saw ~11 years ago on Mariner of the Seas on a redirected west coast trip north vs south due to the swine flu outbreak in Mexico? He did Billy Joel schtick in the Piano Lounge and was absolutely awesome. Ironically, we were back on RCL on Oasis 12/29 for our first cruise since having kids and missed him. Would have been amazing to see him again.
Rare John&LaLa Posted January 15, 2020 Author #253 Share Posted January 15, 2020 Follow up to the perso who asked about theme parties. Tonight is White Party in Solarium. 11 pm I am keeping all the compasses so far. Does anyone want me to scan and post them later. It may not be until the week after next. We sail Mariner on Monday for 4 days
Rare John&LaLa Posted January 15, 2020 Author #254 Share Posted January 15, 2020 For those curious about the under bed power outlet, here it is. It should be on the same side as the phone. There are three US outlets on the desk, and one under it. There is also one Euro outlet under the desk. There are also several US outlets up in the deck 12 card room. Good place to power up a laptop and get a nice view. I think I posted this pick earlier

We sail Mariner on Monday for 4 days I would really appreciate you scanning them and posting them. It would be very helpful in planning as I have never been on an Oasis Class ship and we are on the Oasis with the same itinerary as you in February. Sorry you are having knee issues. It must be difficult maneuvering around such a large ship. 1

If you google 'cruise compass oasis of the seas 2019' (can't post link here) you will find a Compass from a month ago.

Rare John&LaLa Posted January 15, 2020 Author #262 Share Posted January 15, 2020 Coastal Kitchen has 86 seats. They can move a lot of them around to accommodate large parties, but its usually 2 - 4 at a table Chef's Table is back to placing all the wine glasses out during the day. They had stopped that last spring due to people taking them. Since the CK/SL on Oasis was created from the old VCL, it retains the original bar layout. They changed the design on the new builds, Harmony and Symphony to place it where Chef's Table is above. You get a lot of opinions on the two layouts, I really don't care one way the other. They both have advantages and disadvantages.
