I asked, on the facebook page, why the wave requests, etc. weren't happening and this was the reply: 

 

This is a chronic issue with Comcast which we will address with them for the 100th time. However, until we can get a satisfactory resolution, coverage of sail-aways will be limited with little or no wave-request zooming. Apologies to those we miss.

I have been wondering about the "waves" as well.

I'm not sure why Comcast is to blame.  For sure, the constant buffering is because of low bandwidth but the focus on WAVES is for the camera operators.  I thought they were PTZ employees...  Guess I don't understand the dynamics...
