This was my YC cabin in last month. Everything is still brandnew as the ship was only 2 months old.

The suites are 50% bigger I think but MSC charges them for much more money. We met a couple in the YC lounge who had a Balcony and they paid 3 times as much as I did with my inner cabin.

 

The nightlights at both side of the bed are dimmable. That was a nice feature if you don't want to sleep in pitchdark.

We needed the suite to fit 4 of us. Even doing 2 inner cabins( which I looked at) was considerably pricier than 1 suite.

The sofa bed is the size of a full sized bed. Your 2 teens should fit on it comfortably. We sailed in the same type of cabin on Seaside (sorry no photos of it)

We have also been on the Preziosa and the seaside , but never YC so very excited 😊 

 

we we will be the ones with 2 teenage girls with us, but they are great travellers, with great manners 😎

Hi all, we are on the Grandiosa in YC early April and I’ve just installed the MSC for Me app. When checking the details have just noticed that the Premium Internet package is included. Is this correct? I thought it was going to be introduced later this year?

It's supposed to start in May, 2020.  My sailings are all after May and show the updated wording with it included so it could just be they just changed main file documents or they might be actually implementing it early.  If it really is being given early we should start hearing reports soon.

We are going to be staying in 16006. So, I can scoot through the emergency exit to Top Sail?

I am happy Grandiosa is coming to Port Canaveral in 2025/end of 2024, have been looking at Interior Yacht Club ever since sailing on Seashore Yacht Club in April. But have also been reading some of her reviews. Not real great. But also realize everyone has different expectations/experiences. Guess no question here, just deciding.

We're sailing on Grandiosa next week, what sort of negative reviews have you read? I've not seen anything terrible recently, a few general moans about the buffet being busy but not a lot otherwise. I've seen many recent compliments about YC.

What I read was not recent, glad to hear there are many compliments out there now, enjoy your cruise, we have only experienced YC once and it was wonderful.

I'm sure we will, all of our YC cruises have been excellent. To be fair, all of our cruises have been great, both YC and non YC. But YC is extra special.

Agree, we have sailed both Bella and Fantastica, both Interior and Balcony, and our one YC, never had a bad experience. Your Countdown is on, hurrah for you!
