You need to pretend to be taking a selfie of you and your sister. But don’t turn the the camera. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has done this! 😉

I don't know either of the two bartenders in your picture. I'm curious if a whole dining/cocktail crew takes vacations at the same time.

 

In the Haven restaurant,  there was a very pretty young lady that served us. She spoke very quietly and had the appearance of a geisha girl. If she's there, please show her our picture and say hello. TIA

Loving your sistahs review!  Makes me feel like I’m still on the bliss!!( though it wasn’t in a haven😂

 

can I ask a HUGE favor and if you cannot I totally understand 

we were on 11 in room 11100(forward) just got off yesterday and my daughter left her toiletries kit.  I don’t care about the kit but it had a white retainer case in it.  It you happen to have some time one morning can you ask super steward if he found it?

Late night ( for me) final report for the day:

 

rain rain wind wind. Good news is it is no longer cold. I spoke to the Captain about it at the cocktail party, asked him exactly what we could expect from him re this unacceptable weather BS. Ok, I didn’t ask him that. I asked him how the weather is looking for the next few days in the ladylike manner people who know me believe I am capable of even if I don’t always deliver on that. He said tomorrow (Port Canaveral) should be overcast and maybe a shower. GSC should be partly sunny with a chance of a shower. And as of now, Nassau is a washout (rain).  Well crap. I guess the light tan on my sun starved skin was not to be. But if we can go to GSC and enjoy the day, I suppose I can live with that. 
 

our dinner in La Cucina was awesome. And I even remembered to take two pictures. My sister did remind me that I was supposed to take food pOrn but she reminded me after she had eaten half of her dinner. I’m sorry, guys, I’m

a bad food p0rn provider. Will try and attach my sister’s breakfast (salmon frittata) and my dinner entree from La Cochina which I can’t remember the name of. It was delicious though! My sister has the veal in Marsala sauce and loved it. 
 

After dinner we returned to our favorite bartenders at the Haven and made another friend, which caused another selfie with said bartenders and new friend. Attaching that too. We were celebrating our new fav drink. A tequila old fashioned. Sounds weird but SO good. Attaching that as well. 

 

the internet has been very spotty today. I thought I had to told you the sewage smell was back but I don’t see that post. Anyway our lovely Jenny took care of that without our saying anything. We were told by her supervisor that last week one of the ladies she took care of tried to steal her away from NCL to take care of her all the time! Lol. I can see why. I want her too. But I will just leave her a nice tip rather than encourage her to pick up after three cats and my messy husband. I’m not a monster!

I’m still not even sure who Patrick is. The only contact I have had with the concierge desk wAs to change a dinner res and a show and they were his assistants. He has not made himself known to us. That’s not a problem or anything, just reporting it. 
 

we had a good time meeting the officers. I had had a drink with tequila in it so was fairly outgoing and asked questions and complimented them on jobs well done. Which tends to be a no brainer to get people talking. 😉

This is Patrick's picture from when he was our concierge on the Gem in 2017.  This time we just missed him.  We disembarked the Bliss on 2/16 and he boarded the same day.

Good morning. A little hungover although I used a patch and FlyBy. Oh well. Trying to post some misc pictures but it is not cooperating. Ok working now. The first two are looking out at the day through the atrium windows. Yesterday. The last one is this morning! Yay.

Not sure if you have ever tried it, but in the Haven they make a delicious Smoky Manhattan. The presentation is a lot of fun and the drink is yummy.

Getting back to that question about the Veuve Clicquot... were you able to enjoy that by the glass at Le Bistro, at least? I was introduced to it by a former boss. It was her fave, so it quickly became my fave (besides tequila - I don't drink beer or wine). I took a pic of the enormous bottle outside Le Bistro for her a few years ago & she totally wanted to drink the whole thing!

Yes we had 4 glasses of it at Le Bistro. It was really delicious!

I have breakfast pics! I may be hungover but I did remember. Sister had avocado toast with egg. I had eggs Benedict with no Canadian bacon, sausage on the side and hash browns.

Are you finding the upgraded drink package to be worth it?  I'm torn b/c DH doesn't drink (he had gastric bypass and gets hammered on 1/4 of a cocktail now!) but he does enjoy Starbucks when we travel.  

 

But I always upgrade my hard stuff (even at home) and love me a good bubbly.  

 

I"m trying to justify upgrading (I have plenty of OBC right now) for the 2 Starbucks a day DH will drink.  And my love for good tequila and some Veuve!

We are at Spice h2O and internet terrible here. The Haven sundeck closed due to wind. Ever since we woke up. Bummer. It’s loud and crazy at Spice. Good bartender Edgar. Gave him a few bucks and a candy bar. Not sure which he was happier about. Will answer Qs when I can post with less headache!
