Rare CineGraphic Posted March 17, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2020 I submitted my first request for benefits today via fax, and just read the fine print on an older form, (attached) that states, "*Employees, travel agents cruising at travel agent rates, tour conductors or anyone cruising on a reduced rate or complimentary basis are excluded". 1911031744_2018ShareholderBenefitRequestForm.pdf

Maybe because I chose to upgrade to a balcony from an interior which was what the free offering was for.

Your casino rate does not reflect the stock OBC offering. Before, if you already had let's say $50 OBC when you booked for a 7 day cruise you would only receive another $50 not the $100. Now it has changed. They do the same as Carnival. If you are on a 7 day cruise you will receive the $100 stock OBC even though you may already have OBC. What you show as a disclaimer, in 99% of the bookings, it does not pertain to the average booking we all do.

Rare CineGraphic Posted March 19, 2020 Author #10 Share Posted March 19, 2020 Thanks for all of the answers. I faxed them yesterday requesting the OBC for 3 bookings, and they only added it to two of them. I faxed them again today, and they straightened things out quickly.
