Sailing July 19, 2020, Will it happen?

We are supposed to be sailing on the MSC Armonia out of Miami on July 19. The no sail order is in effect until July 24 but still no word from MSC about cancellation. Can they sail with a no sail order in place or do they think it will be lifted? MSC is one of the few not to cancel through July. Anyone else in similar situation?  We want to make other plans but holding on to the small bit of hope that cruise will still happen.

I would say the chances are between slim and none...………...and slim has left town.

We figured that sadly we wouldn’t be sailing. I’m a worrier so planning and paying for a different trip without this one being cancelled stresses me out. Wish they would hurry up and cancel!

Right now whoever blinks loses.  Better imo to wait it out...... I imagine soon they will cancel it especially because it is inside the cdc date.

We were trying to mock book Seaside for July, just to see what is available in case that July 11th ship sails.  The website is not allowing new bookings for July on any MSC ship.  So, either they know they will be canceled, or they are keeping capacity low.  I’m willing to bet they are not sold out.

All MSC cruises fleetwide with start from 11th to 31th July are "sold out" now. The next round of cancellations is waiting for us! 😁

I’m guessing the announcement will happen tomorrow. Sad to not be cruising but will be happy to have my answer.

P&O just cancelled through October as an example of other happenings in the industry....

MSC is officially canceling all sailings through July 31st. Announcement coming at any time.

Doesn't seem much of an extension to the cancellation period. Hope of restrictions lifted in August or managing the cancellation and refund backlog?

Announced today but don't be surprised of further cancellations beyond July, at lest two cruise lines have cancelled cruises to mid October.

Yes all MSC voyages until July 31 are cancelled.... 

So our July 27 cruise also, no cruise for us in this year. The TA in April was canceled tue to Covid-19 an the summer Cruise also.
